Create a Tripo Studio account and sign in
Open Studio and use whichever email, Google, verification-code or password option is currently presented. Available methods can vary by region or product update, so follow the official screen rather than a third-party walkthrough.
- Complete codes only on the official domain.
- Use a unique password if a password option is offered.
- Do not share verification codes with support impersonators.
Find models and credits in Tripo Studio
After authentication, the workspace should show the models, history and credit balance connected to that account. If content appears missing, first check whether you used a different sign-in method or email identity.

- Check workspace or team context.
- Save screenshots and task IDs before contacting official support.
Studio account vs API access
Studio is the interactive creator workspace. API access is for software integrations and uses developer credentials. Never paste an API key into a public browser form or assume a Studio plan funds API calls.
- Keep API keys in server-side environment variables.
- Rotate exposed keys immediately.
- Review developer billing independently.
Common login problems
For expired codes, blocked pop-ups, OAuth loops or a blank workspace, retry in a clean browser session, allow required cookies for the official domain, and check the official status or support channel.
